Refund & Cancellation Policy
Last updated 14 October 2026
How plans end, when we give refunds, and what happens when a crypto payment goes wrong. This policy is part of the Terms of Service.
1. Plans don’t renew automatically
Each plan payment buys 30 days. Nothing is charged after that, so there’s nothing to cancel: when the 30 days are over, the plan ends unless you’ve bought another period. Unused plan credits expire at the end of the period; top-up credits stay in your balance.
2. Purchases are final
- Once the credits from a plan or top-up are in your account, the purchase can’t be cancelled for a refund. The only exceptions are the ones in section 3.
- Free plan credits aren’t a purchase and are never refunded.
- If you live in the EU, the EEA or the UK, the law gives you 14 days to withdraw from an online purchase, but not once a digital service has been supplied at your request. At checkout you ask for the credits to be added straight away and acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once they are. Credits are usually added within minutes of the network confirming your payment.
3. When we give refunds
We refund you when we fail to provide what you paid for:
- We can’t fix a problem in time. If the Service, or a model your plan includes, doesn’t work as described and we haven’t fixed it within 7 days of your report to support@ccode.si, we refund the unused part of the affected purchase: the amount you paid, times the share of its credits you haven’t used.
- We stop offering the Service. We refund the unused part of your plan and your top-ups.
- The law requires a refund.
Example. A $10 plan gave you $70 of credits and you’ve used $14 of them (20%) when a problem we can’t fix in time stops you using it. You get $8 back.
- To work out what’s been used, plan credits count as used before top-up credits, and older purchases before newer ones.
- A short outage, slower responses, or a change to the list of models that the Terms of Service allow isn’t a failure on its own, unless it means the plan you paid for can’t be used as described.
- When we refund a purchase, its unused credits are removed; if it was a plan, the period it bought ends.
4. Payment problems
- Paid after the invoice expired: we still apply the payment. If it was for a lower plan than the one you have, its credits are added as top-up credits.
- Paid less than the invoice amount: the purchase isn’t applied. Email us and we’ll either refund the amount received or, if you have an active paid plan, add it as top-up credits.
- Paid more than the invoice amount: email us within 30 days and we’ll refund the difference or add it as top-up credits, as you prefer.
- Paid twice: we refund the second payment, or add it as top-up credits if you prefer.
- Wrong coin or network: we accept only USDT, only on the network the invoice shows (TRC20 or BEP20). Funds sent in another coin or on another network may be lost for good. Tell us right away: we’ll ask our payment provider to try to recover them, but we can’t promise it, and recovery costs are deducted.
5. How refunds are paid
- Refunds are paid in USDT, on the network you paid with, to a wallet address you give us. 1 USDT counts as 1 US dollar.
- For refunds under section 3, we pay the network fee. For payment problems (overpayments, underpayments, double payments, payments in the wrong coin), the network fee is deducted.
- We send a refund within 14 days of agreeing it with you, once we have your wallet address. Check the address carefully: a transfer to the wrong address can’t be reversed.
- We may ask you to confirm the request from your account’s email address before paying.
6. How to ask for a refund
Email support@ccode.si from your account’s email address with:
- the invoice number (it starts with CC-);
- what went wrong and when you first reported it, or, for a payment problem, the transaction hash;
- the USDT wallet address and network for the refund.
7. Closed accounts
- If you close your account, unused credits are lost.
- If we close your account because you broke the Terms of Service or the Acceptable Use Policy, unused credits aren’t refunded, except where the law says otherwise.
