Acceptable Use Policy

Last updated 14 October 2026

What you may not do with CCode. This policy applies to everything sent through your account and API keys, and it’s part of the Terms of Service. The usage policies of the companies that make the models, such as Anthropic, OpenAI, Z.ai and DeepSeek, also apply to requests to their models.

1. Illegal and harmful use

Don’t use the Service to:

  • break the law or help anyone else break it;
  • create, request or share sexual content involving minors, or any content that sexualises minors;
  • develop or obtain biological, chemical, nuclear or radiological weapons, or explosives meant to cause mass harm;
  • plan, promote or support terrorism, violent extremism or violence against people;
  • harass, threaten or bully people, or incite hatred against people or groups;
  • defraud or deceive people: scams, phishing, fake reviews, impersonation, or hiding that people are dealing with AI where the law requires you to say so;
  • send spam, or run influence operations or election disinformation;
  • track, profile or surveil people without a legal basis, or identify people from biometric data unlawfully;
  • infringe intellectual property or privacy, or process personal data without a legal basis;
  • make automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects on people (credit, employment, housing, insurance, legal or medical matters) without review by a qualified person.

2. Security

Don’t use the Service to:

  • create or spread malware, ransomware or tools for breaking into systems, except for authorised security work;
  • attack, scan, test or gain access to systems or accounts you aren’t authorised to;
  • disrupt other systems or networks, for example with denial-of-service attacks.

3. Using the Service fairly

Don’t:

  • share, sell or rent your API keys or account, or resell access to the Service, unless we’ve agreed to it in writing. If you signed up as an organisation, your own team may use its keys;
  • create several accounts or GitHub accounts to get more free credits or get around limits, or create accounts automatically;
  • get around plan limits, model caps, rate limits or payment limits;
  • try to identify, reach or bypass the infrastructure behind the Service, or probe or test it for vulnerabilities without our written permission;
  • interfere with the Service or other users, or overload it on purpose;
  • use output to develop or train AI models where the model maker’s terms forbid it.

4. Reporting problems

  • Found a security problem? Email support@ccode.si with the details. Don’t access other users’ data or disrupt the Service while looking into it. We won’t act against good-faith reports that follow these rules.
  • To report abuse of the Service, email support@ccode.si.

5. What happens if the rules are broken

  • We may refuse requests, lower limits, revoke keys, suspend or close accounts, and report illegal activity to the authorities. We may use automated checks to detect abuse.
  • What we do depends on how serious the breach is. For minor breaches we’ll usually warn you first.
  • Unused credits of an account closed for serious or repeated breaches aren’t refunded, except where the law says otherwise.
